How to report claimed copyright infringement.

Velvet Verdict respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). Notices of claimed infringement should be sent to:

What a valid notice must contain

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorised agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URL and page title).
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Our process

On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the affected contributor where appropriate, and document the action taken. We aim to action valid notices within five business days.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3). We will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

Contributors who repeatedly submit infringing material will have their access terminated.

Poster and promotional artwork

Where promotional artwork is reproduced for criticism or review, we rely on fair use (17 U.S.C. §107). If you are a rights holder and object to a specific use, contact us and we will review that use promptly.

Content involving minors

Reports of any material that depicts or sexualises minors are escalated immediately and are not handled through the standard DMCA process. Report such material to compliance@ktzxd-porntv.duckdns.org and, where appropriate, to the relevant authorities.
